מדוע בחרת את המסלול?
I was always interested in how things work but more than that I wanted to know "why" things are the way they are. I had no illusion that my expectations will be met with the answer to the meaning of life, but the closer the better, I suppose.
I figured electrical eng` will provide the practical knowledge of "how" while physics will provoke thought and perhaps reveal a hint of "why".

I had a shitty bagrut, had to redo math and score high in the psycho exam. I guess the bar is quite high but by no means impossible

Again, a number represents virtually nothing. In your place I would actually hope that my teachers suck since then I will surely have to deal with the material solely instead fooling myself into believing I understood something during the lecture, only to

I work but only since I have what most students would crown as a dream job. It is virtually impossible to work while doing these degrees

I heard that in the 3d year you can go be a QA or things like that. If you can avoid it - avoid it. Its plenty of hours which will surely disrupt your studies.

Depends.I hear its not like in BG for example but that's granted, given the fact they all live far away from their "natural" habitat and living close by - much unlike the majority of people in TAU which return to their parents home or rented apartments with their lifelong friends nearby.. do the math.. cant be as fun can it?

Make sure you go there because you're genuinely interested in the field. If you just care for the "how" and no the "why" go for electrical eng. The differences are not that huge.
